Gotra for Governor SMS Messaging Program (the "Program")

The Gotra for Governor SMS Program sends event confirmations, reminders, community engagement updates, and election reminders to individuals who have opted in to receive text messages from the campaign. Messages are sent from phone number (508) 989-8450 or other campaign-assigned numbers.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and plan. Check with your carrier for details.

Approximately 1-5 messages per month. Frequency may increase during election periods (October-November 2026).

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message from the Program. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages after opting out.

End users opt in to the Program by:

• Checking an unchecked opt-in checkbox on the volunteer signup form at governorgotra.com/volunteer
• Checking an unchecked opt-in checkbox on the donation form at governorgotra.com/contribute
• Texting START to the campaign phone number

The Program is not affiliated with or endorsed by any wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability of service is subject to carrier network coverage and technical limitations.

Personal information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at governorgotra.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
