What We Expect from You
Show Up
Attend at least 1 campaign event per month. Give us advance notice if you can't make a commitment.
Spread the Word
Share 2 campaign posts per week. Talk to 5 people in your network. Bring 1 person to an event.
Knock Doors & Make Calls
Activist and above: Complete your assigned list. Log every contact. Stay on script.
Host or Help at Events
Take on 1 in-person role per event. Organizers and Champions: host at least 1 event or house party per month.
Recruit
Bring at least 1 new volunteer in each month.
Represent the Brand
Professionalism and respect always. Don't speak to press or make promises on Jay's behalf without approval.
Code of Conduct
- ▸Treat all voters, volunteers, and staff with respect — no exceptions
- ▸Never use alcohol or substances while on campaign duty
- ▸Never make discriminatory, harassing, or threatening statements in person or online while representing the campaign
- ▸Report any concerns or incidents to the campaign manager immediately
- ▸Protect the privacy of any voter or donor information you access
- ▸Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the volunteer program
